The State Government in partnership with Business SA has launched Tender Ready, a project to make small businesses more successful in winning Government contracts.

Business SA has developed the handbook as a tool to help all small businesses write better tenders, including how to structure responses, how to respond to tender requirements and how to present the business and product or service in a way that demonstrates why it should win the contract.

The T2T Alliance is committed to the South Australian Industry Participation Policy and will provide full, fair and reasonable opportunities for industry to participate in the Torrens Road to River Torrens Project.

Under the South Australian Industry Participation Policy the T2T Alliance will procure the works in a manner that will generate economic activity to build capability and grow the State’s economy.

The project’s Industry Participation commitments are monitored by the Office of the Industry Advocate.

All procurement packages for the T2T project will be assessed in line with the State’s Government’s Industry Participation Policy and reviewed by the T2T SA Industry Advisory Committee. Membership of the Committee includes external representatives from the Office of the Industry Advocate, Civil Contractors Federation, Adelaide Business Hub and the City of Charles Sturt, in addition to DPTI and T2T Alliance representatives.


A report on the T2T Alliance’s industry participation performance will be updated each month.
