T2T Community Celebration 23 September from 11am – 3pm under Port Road Bridge

The T2T Community celebration is shaping up to be a great day of food, entertainment and family fun.

The celebration will include the West Torrens Rotary Club cooking a free sausage sizzle along with food trucks and stalls selling food and drinks including:

  • AJ’s Food Truck
  • Café 2U
  • Gelista Gelati
  • Mumbai Magic Indian Takeaway
  • Rheinland Continental Homemade Cakes
  • Scrummy’s Cakes and Pastries
  • Cakes by Abbi
  • Sookii La La
  • Old School Bus

Main stage entertainment includes the West Torrens and Woodville Concert Bands and also singer/song writer Nancy Bates.

Face painter, glitter tattooist and balloon sculpture artist, performances by Cirkidz and the Ironclad Academy of the Sword will also feature.

See Model T and GM driver club vehicles and construction equipment on display and visit displays from local businesses, Emergency Services and others.

You can also take a bus tour of the lowered motorway every half hour from 11.30am to 2.30pm.

CYCLE, WALK OR RUN IN THE LOWERED MOTORWAY

On Sunday 23 September between 9am – 10.30am only, community cyclists, walkers and runners can experience the lowered motorway before it opens to traffic. Please click here for more details.

Unfortunately animals are not able to attend this event.
