As part of the Torrens Road to River Torrens Project, the T2T Alliance will be undertaking works along the rail corridor
between Queen Street, Croydon and Chief Street, Brompton from 7pm Friday 18 August to 6am Monday 21 August 2017, weather permitting. Works within the rail corridor will be undertaken during the temporary closure of the Outer Harbor and Grange rail line from 2am Saturday 19 August to 5am Monday 21 August 2017.
Key activities and locations
A drilling rig, excavator, vacuum truck, loader, profiler, concrete pump, mobile cranes, crawler crane, elevated working platforms, welding equipment, compaction equipment, asphalting equipment, trucks and light vehicles will be used to perform these works. Lighting towers will also be in use during night works. Some noise can be expected, however the work will be managed to minimise disturbance to local residents and businesses as much as possible.

Public transport users
The Outer Harbor and Grange rail lines will be temporarily closed from last service on Friday 18 August 2017 and reopen for first service Monday 21 August 2017. Substitute buses will be provided and will replicate the existing train timetables as closely as practicable.
